“We ran into a few medical issues and Ray can’t work right now. We needed to find something that we could afford. Having a Habitat Home, a forever home. not renting, has been a blessing. It’s the stability, it’s affordable, I know We’ll always be able to make the mortgage payment, and it’s safe. We would not have been able to afford this at this time in our lives. It has shown us a sense of community and Ray has found a niche volunteering at ReStore. It’s the idea of paying forward that we want to teach our kids. It’s the little things you do. It is not only paid forward in our home, but in the community as well.”
