The Rios Family

It’s a privilege to build hope in partnership with hardworking families in our community. The Rios family were refugees from Columbia. They came to Canada and ultimately to Camrose through the support of Messiah Lutheran Church. Edna, a single parent, soon found full time employment in Camrose and after one year, applied for Habitat’s Affordable Home ownership Program. Edna and her four children received keys to their habitat home in 2011.
